Thunderbolt’s* is a Movie Made for Mental Health Enthusiasts

The fact that Marvel made a movie so unabashedly about mental health bringing in object relations and attachment theory as if the general public is versed in these concepts leads me to think that the writers have IG algorithms very similar to mine, i.e., really into mental health issues.

by Irvin D. Yalom, MD

Where I first learned about the “here-and-now” approach to therapy. It not only inspired my ambitions for how I plan to practice as a mental health clinician, but transformed my approach to my own therapy.
